How are candidates selected for WBHRB Facility Manager Post?

Now if you go by the official notification West Bengal Health Recruitment Board shall prepare a shortlisted candidates list first. The Board, for the purpose of short-listing, will prepare a preliminary merit list of candidates. This list will be twenty (20) times of vacancies (reservation category wise) on the basis of following distribution pattern of marks :

Percentage of marks in HS (10+2) or Equivalent Examination – 60 (Max)
Percentage of marks in degree examination (final year marks): – 40 (Max.).

Thereafter the Board, for the purpose of further short-listing, holds a preliminary examination of such candidates. Finally, on the merit basis of the Preliminary Examination, five(05) times of the declared no.of vacancies (reservation category wise) will be called for interview. Thus we can say that the complete selection Shall have the following process as under –

Stage I	Preliminary Shortlisted Candidates based on 10+2 & Graduation marks
Stage II	Preliminary Written Examination
Stage III	Interview

So after qualifying these processes, a candidate shall be finally selected for WBHRB Facility Manager Post.
