West Bengal Police Recruitment will conduct the recruitment of Sub Inspector of Excise including Lady Excise Sub Inspector through the following stages of exams or Tests mentioned below. WB Excise SI Preliminary Exam Pattern
Preliminary Written Examination shall be conducted to screen candidates for the Physical Measurement Test & Physical Efficiency Test. Marks obtained in the Preliminary Written Examination shall not be counted for the purpose of determining the final merit list. As per the notification, Preliminary Written Examination will either be an OMR based examination or computer-based on-line examination (CBT) depending on the number of applicants. Preliminary Written Examination will be held on the following subjects having Objective type MCQ on the following subjects –

WB Excise SI Physical Measurement Test (PMT) Details

WB Excise SI Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Details
After clearing the physical measurement Test, candidates’ will have to clear the Physical Efficiency test or PET. It will be conducted in this manner.
