What is WB ESI GNM Nursing Course?
West Bengal Government has started the facility of completing General Nursing & Midwifery ( GNM ) Course under ESI (MB) Scheme for the eligible candidates. The total capacity of the intake for ESI GNM Nursing Admission is 90 ( ninety ) seats. Candidates on completion of the course shall have the opportunity to secure employment in West Bengal. Further, the duration of the Course is 3 Years and 6 months internship period. More details are as under –

Who can apply for ESI GNM Nursing Admission?
Candidates who want to pursue the General Nursing & Midwifery Course in ESI ( MB ) Scheme can check the eligibility details to submit the admission form from this section.

| Residential Eligibility | Interested candidates must be a permanent resident of West Bengal uninterruptedly for the last five years as on the application submission date. |
| Educational Qualification | Candidates must have passed Higher Secondary Examination from a recognized Council or Board or passed an equivalent examination with 40% qualifying marks in English. |
| Residential Certificate | Candidates must have a residential certificate issued from the competent Authority specifying that the applicant has been a permanent resident for the last five years till date. |
How to Apply for ESI GNM Admission (2020 – 2023)?
First of all, you all should know that the ESI MB Scheme GNM Admission in West Bengal is through an offline process. Where to send the WB ESI GNM Nursing Admission Form?
Candidates after collecting the application form should fill it in their own handwriting. Also, candidates should get the enclosures as per instruction ready with the application form. Sealed Envelope with the filled up application with necessary documents can be dropped in the particular box specified at the office of –
NTC, ESI Hospital, Manicktala, Kolkata -54. during office hours from Monday to Friday (10 am to 4 pm) and Saturday (10 am to
1 pm) except Sunday and Holiday.
