UPPSC PCS / ACF / RFO Exam 2021 Age Limit Criteria
Candidates must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have crossed the age of 40 years on July 1, 2021 i.e. they must have not been born earlier than 2nd July, 1981 and not later than July 1, 2000. For PH candidates, the maximum age limit is 55 years i.e. they must have not been born before 02 July, 1966.
Relaxation in Upper Age Limit
- Upper age limit shall be greater by five years for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes of U.P., Scheduled Tribes of U.P., Other Backward Classes of U.P., Skilled players of U.P. of Classified Games, State Govt. Employees of U.P. including Teachers / Staff of the Basic Shiksha Parishad of U.P. and Teachers / Staff of the Government Aided Madhyamik Vidyalayas of U.P. i.e. they must have not been born before 2nd July, 1975.
- Upper age limit shall be greater by fifteen years for physically handicapped persons of U.P.
- Upper age limit shall also be greater by five years for Group- ‘B’ posts for the Emergency Commissioned Officers / Short Service Commissioned Officers / ExArmy Personnel’s of U.P. who have rendered five years service in Army, but there shall be no reservation for Group- ‘B’ posts. In case of availability of Group-‘C’ posts in the Examination, the Age relaxation and reservation shall according to rules in force.

Vacancies in this UP PCS Examination 2021
Presently the number of vacancies for the UP Combined State / Upper Subordinate Services Examination 2021 is about 400. This vacancies are excluding the ACF / RFO Posts for which the vacancies is yet to be declared. Please note that the total number of vacancies may get changed as per the requirements of various departments under UP State Government.
Selection Process in UP PCS / RFO / ACF Examination 2021
The U.P. Public Service Commission shall hold a Preliminary Examination at various Centres of the state for selecting suitable candidates for admission to the Combined State/Upper Subordinate Services Main (Written) Examination 2021 and Assistant Conservator of Forest / Range Forest Officer Main (Written) Examination, 2021. Thereafter the Main (Written) Examinations shall be conducted separately by the commission). The selection will be made on the basis of total marks obtained by the candidates in Main (Written) Examination and Interview. On some of these post, recruitment shall be made on the basis of total marks obtained in the written examination, according to the provision of concerned service rules of such posts. Stage I – Registration:
In this process, the aspirants should complete the Basic Registration form by entering the details. Thereafter ”Print Registration Slip” shall be displayed and every applicant should take the Print of Registration Slip by clicking on Print Registration Slip.
Stage II – Application Fees Payment:
In this stage, the applicant should remit the application fees through the selected mode and take print of ”Payment Acknowledgement Receipt (PAR)”.
Stage III – Photo & Signature Upload:
The candidate should scan his/her photograph and signature in the prescribed size and should upload it in this stage.
