Responsibilities & Career Progression as a LIC ADO
Apprentice Development Officer in LICI is a sales supervision job. Selected candidates will appoint LIC Agents, train them in selling policies to the maximum number of peoples. With regard to career progression, an Apprentice Development Officer, who successfully completes the apprenticeship and is otherwise suitable for appointment, LICI may appoint the candidate as a Development Officer fulfilling the required eligibility conditions.
