Domicile Status
The candidate should be a Domicile of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir in accordance with Notifications issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India vide S.O 1229 (E) dated 31-03-2020 and the General Administration Department, Government of J&K vide S.O 166 dated 18-05-2020 respectively.

Educational Qualification as on 31-08-2020
Graduation in any stream from any recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks for open merit and 45% marks for reserved category. However, candidates having Post Graduation Degree with 50% marks or holding Ph.D. Degree or equivalent shall also be eligible for selection.
Selection Process of JKSSB Accounts Assistant Posts
The selection od the candidate shall be determined on the basis of marks obtained in the written tests. Based on the performance in the Written Exam, the J&K Services Selection Board shall make the allocation of the District Cadre in favor of successful candidates on the basis of the merit-cum-preference method.
How to apply online for JKSSB Accounts Assistant Recruitment 2020?
Candidates should apply online through JKSSB’s online Application Portal-https://ssbjk.org. as no other means/ mode of application will be accepted. The Candidates who have not registered earlier on the portal should first go to the said Portal and register themselves by clicking on the “Candidate Registration” link (if not already created). After the Registration, the applicants should log in and should carefully fill in all the information in various sections and click on “SAVE & CONTINUE”. In this process, the candidate should upload the images of recent photograph and signature as per the dimensions as follows –
- Size of the photograph (passport size) (Max size–1 MB) (Ht. X Wd. = 4.5 X 3.5 Cms.).
- Size of the signature (Max size–1 MB) (Ht. X Wd. = 4.5 X 3.5 Cms.).
Going through these steps, the application shall have to remit the application fees online. Please note that the candidate’s application will not be considered if the fee is not paid for that application. After the confirmation of the payment of the fee, the Application ID will be generated. Applied Candidate can take a printout of application submitted and fee payment receipt from the “My Applications” link available in the software.
