Janata College Kabuganj HS / TDC Admission 2022-23
Application for admission into Janata College Kabuganj should be made in a prescribed Application form supplied along with Prospectus, on payment of Rs. 150/-. For Admission in both HS and TDC, the interested candidates should apply through the prescribed application form. Candidates while filling up the forms for admission should pay due attention to furnishing his /her preference for combination he /she intends to take up. While submitting the application, the candidates should also enclose the attested copies of the following documents as under –
- Mark sheet and Certificate of Qualifying examination.
- Character Certificate from the academic institution last attended by the applicant.
- Three copies of recent passport size Photographs.

Janata College Kabuganj Offered Courses
The Janata College Kabuganj primarily offers both the HS and TDC for the Arts Stream. Hence, the candidates desirous to get admitted for the HS Arts & TDC Arts (BA) can apply for admission to this college.
The Two year Higher Secondary courses in arts taught in the college are governed by the rules regulations of AHSEC. The courses comprise two examinations viz.
- First Year and
- Final Year. Promotion to 2nd or Final Year depends on the successful completion of the first-year annual examination conducted by the College.
While the Three Years Degree courses (Arts) of the college are conducted under Assam University, Silchar and, as such, governed by the Statutes, Rules & Regulations of the University.
The course consists of six parts: 1st Semester, 2nd Semester, 3rd semester, 4th Semester, 5th Semester and 6th Semester, each with a duration of six months.
