Stenographer Gr-II Selection Process & Exam Pattern
First Stage or Stage I: Selection of this post shall consist of a written Exam. The written test will be objective type (OMR ) based. The total time duration of the exam shall be 1 and half hours. More information is given in the table below-

Second Stage or Stage II: The Second Stage of the Selection shall be for Stenography Test. The details of the test is in the chart below

| Shorthand Speed Test of 100 WPM in 7 minutes for 700 Words | 100 marks |
| Computer Testing | 3 minutes |
| Transcription of the dictated article | 25 minutes |
Final or 3rd Stage: The Final Selection Stage shall be viva-voce and candidates based on the performance of the Stenography shall be called in the ratio of 1:3 based on the merit. Final Merit list will be prepared on the basis of Stenography Test and Viva-Voce marks.
Stenographer Gr-III Selection Process & Exam Pattern
First Stage or Stage I: Selection of Stenographer Gr III Posts shall consist of a written Exam, Skill Test & Viva-voce test. The written test shall have an objective type (OMR ) based question. More information on the written exam is given in the table below-
