Govt. Approved Revised Pay Structure of India Post GDS. | Postal Strike to be withdrawn soon.
Today, Govt. of India has finally approved the long acceded demand for the implementation of the revised pay structure as submitted by Kamalesh Chandra Committee for GDS Employees of Department of Posts. To remind you all, that the GDS employees of Postal Department are on a long strike from 22nd May 2018. This decision was announced today by Communication Minister, Shri Manoj Sinha while addressing a Press Conference in the Capital. The revised pay structure shall have two slabs irrespective of the Eleven Slabs that was followed earlier. Later, Shri Manoj Sinha tweeted this information and congratulated the staff.
