Application Process for PG Courses @ University of Gour Banga
To submit online application form students, who have completed their graduation degree within the last three years (2018, 2019 & 2020), shall visit the online portal https://ugbportal.webconfig.co.in and get themselves registered first. Thereafter, with the registration details, the applicant should log in and complete the application.
During the application, the applicants should upload scanned copies of his/ her recent passport photo, signature, proof for date of birth, all relevant mark-sheets (Secondary, Higher Secondary, Graduation) and category certificate (if any) in the specified fields. Thereafter the application fees should also be remitted online. Candidates should take a print of the application after the final submission of it. Candidates should note that –

Post Graduate Admission Selection will be made strictly on the basis of merit as per marks obtained in Honours or equivalent examinations. The University on the basis of submitted application shall release the Gour Banga University PG Merit List 2022.It is according to which the shortlisted candidates will be able to complete the admission formalities.
Tie Breaking Rules in Gour Banga University PG Merit List
In case of students securing an equal percentage of marks in the said examination (tie situation), the Gour Banga University PG Merit List will be prepared considering their marks obtained by them in Higher Secondary (Class 10+2 standard) Examination and thereafter their marks obtained in Madhyamik (Class X standard) will be considered for rank comparison.
