Check DEE Assam Peon / Assistant / Driver Documents Verification Schedule

In a surprise move by Directorate of Elementary Education, Assam which was in the process of conducting the Selection of Grade III and Grade IV Posts has announced the DEE Assam document verification schedule in various districts of Assam. By this process, the Recruitment Results will be much faster since only eligible candidates can appear for the Selection Tests which the Recruitment Authority will schedule after a few days.

Through the Official Notice, DEE Assam has released the District Wise Schedule for documents verification and the applied candidates who have submitted the online application should appear on the announced schedule. Below is the District Wise Schedule shared for the Candidates. Check the schedule and appear on the announced date. List of particulars to carry is attached at the end.

  1. Identity Proof & Address Proof ( Permanent Resident of Assam )
  2. Date of Birth ( Birth Certificate/ Admit Card / Certificate )
  3. Educational Qualification ( Bachelor’s Degree from recognised University )
  4. Computer Qualification ( 6-Month Diploma from an institute recognised byGovt.)
  5. Caste Certificate issued by Competent Authority

Driver
  1. Identity Proof & Address Proof ( Permanent Resident of Assam
  2. Date of Birth ( Birth Certificate / Admit Card / Certificate )
  3. Educational Qualification ( HSLC Exam passed from recognised Board )
  4. Driving License ( Medium Vehicle Driving License issued by Competent Authority )
  5. Caste Certificate issued by Competent Authority.

(Peon / Night Chowkidar)
  1. Identity Proof & Address Proof ( Permanent Resident of Assam )
  2. Date of Birth ( Birth Certificate / Admit Card / Certificate)
  3. Educational Qualification ( Read up-to Class -VIII)
  4. Caste Certificate issued by Competent Authority.
  • All the qualifications/ certificates must be obtained before the age of 38 years as per existing Govt. rules.
  • The candidates attending the Screening/ Verification must bring along the Registration Copy / Print-Out of successful Online Application.
  • All candidates must submit a self-attested photocopy set of relevant testimonials along with a copy of Passport Photo.
